GUM OLIBANUM:

Also known as frankincense, Gum Olibanum is produced in Ethiopia by tapping the tree Boswellia between December and March.

1^st Grade A (size 6mm, purity free from  foreign matter, dust and barks, color white)

1^st Grade B (size 6mm, purity free from foreign matter with slight unremovable tiny barks, color pale white)

2^nd Grade (size 6 to 4mm, purity free from foreign matter, dust and barks, color white)

4^th Grade Special (size 4mm, free from foreign matter with unremovable tiny barks in it,color pale white)

Uses: Many, mostly used as a raw material for the manufacturing of foods and medicines. It is used as a fixative for perfumes, in soap manufacture and as an incense in holly places. In areas infested with mosquito-borne illnesses, olibanum is recommended as a protection against Malaria, West Nile Virus and Dengue Fever.
